who throws things in a fight ? :
i don’t think any of them would, but if they were really angry i think theyd totally stab a table or something
who goes to their parent’s house for a weekend when things get bad ? :
probably clarke, but only if things get really drastic like they were about to break up or something
who wants to have children ? who doesn’t ? if both do, how do their goals differentiate ? :
i think in some way both of them do but theyre both busy and i think theyd think children would be constantly in danger around them you know ?
who is more adverse to physical contact ? :
probably lexa ?? but like subtle things, like holding hands or stroking of hair or something
who hates/dislikes their neighbors the most ? :
clarke. and lexa would probably not care about the neighbors but would think clarke being constantly annoyed is funny as hell
who hates/dislikes their significant other’s family ? :
well, i think lexa would like abby but at first itd be kinda weird but they’d get along in the end, and since lexa doesn’t really have family ( that we know of ) i would have to say none of them ?
who is most likely to leave when things get rough ? :
clarke. she’d probably get fed up and go to raven’s or something and lexa would just be quiet and not say anything while clarke leaves
who thinks their partner turned out a different person than they thought ? :
well i guess both of them ?? lexa thought that clarke was an ignorant sky person and clarke thought lexa was a bloodthirsty unreasonable grounder ?? but instead you know lexa found out that they were alike and that clarke was smart and clarke realized that lexa was reasonable and could show mercy
who is more likely to cheat ? :
id like to think none of them would tho
who is the more experienced ( sexually or otherwise ) ? : ??
lexa
who hates/dislikes their significant other’s friends ? :
i think lexa wouldn’t like clarke’s friends at first but she’d learn to like or at least tolerate them.
who wants to go to social gatherings the most ? :
both of them would rather stay home, but more lexa than clarke. clarke would tolerate it and try to enjoy herself, but i think lexa would only go to parties and stuff if she was obligated
who is most likely to be dishonest ? :
lexa. clarke’s not overly honest but she does share more things than lexa would.
who is more emotionally closed off ? how does this affect their partner ? :
lexa. ‘ love is weakness. ‘ she’s probably cautious of getting hurt again if she puts her feelings out there. clarke understands, but sometimes it annoys her.
who is the dessert person ? :
clarke. lexa finds clarke’s obsession with chocolate hilarious.
who is more conservative ? :
????? none of them ???? its not really a big deal for them.
who hates/dislikes oral sex ? :
no nope both of them love it ok fite me on this.
Clarke has tried to explain it to her, life on the ark,
and it’s easier to picture now that she’s seen the
place they call Exodus. But to not have water, to
not be able to swim? It’s beyond what Lexa can
fathom. Her head tilts slightly, the start differences
between them still surprising her sometimes. Clarke
openly admits her faults, inabilities, something Lexa
has always been taught never to do. Wading back
towards the blonde, Lexa offers a hand to Clarke.
“Then I will teach you.”

clarke senses lexa’s vexation plainly written on her face,
as if she found it completely unimaginable to grow up without
learning how to swim. there had been pools in the ark once,
or so she’d heard, in the early years, but was shut down due
to complaints and further need for water. she’d dreamed of
swimming back then, when she was younger, but now, when
she is faced with the real thing, she can’t help but hesitate
when she takes lexa’s hand.
’ is it safe ? ’

Dirt is never something that has bothered her.
After all, this is earth, and there’s an abundance
of it here. But she sees the eagerness in Clarke’s
eyes when they com across the river, and they
stop, kneeling by the banks for a few moments
before starting in at their feet. Without her armor,
Lexa has no aversion to submerging herself, if
only to wash off the stench of smoke still clinging
to both herself and her clothes. She’s wading
deeper, the water brushing against her hips in
a gentle manner, when Clarke’s voice stops her.
“Of course.
-You don’t?”

clarke is only left to gape at the commander, before thinking that
of course lexa knew how to swim. she was born and raised on
the ground. she stares warily at the grounder who was now chest
deep in the water. clarke herself was only sitting on the far shore of
the banks, the water only coming up to her waist, and she was only
sitting down. it wasn’t that she was scared of the water, but she remembers
jumping off mount weather after anya only to land in the water and feeling
completely HELPLESS at the hands of the unrelenting depths, blacking
out at the deprivation of air. she thinks she’d like to learn, if only not
to feel that helpless in a world made mostly of oceans.
’ no.
——–but i’d like to learn. ’

they are both bloody, injured, and tired, so when clarke stumbles onto the coolclear water, she barely flinches when her skin touches the river. she wearily soaks her hands and arms, watching the tendrils of blood join the clear water before fading away. she is vaguely aware of lexa cleaning herself, when she hears soft splashing beside her. in another time, one where they weren’t almost killed clarke might’ve felt some sort of self consciousness, but this is now and they are both full clothed anyway, so clarke doesn’t bother. the river is deep in the middle, but shallow along the banks, so that is where they stay. but she sees the commander wander closer to the deep end, and a soft sort of panic rushes through her.
’ do you know how to swim ? ‘
she is not a hero. but she’d gladly be called a villain if it means protecting her people.
